Data deletion instructions

Content Rewardz respects your right to control your personal data. These data deletion instructions explain how to request removal of information associated with your account (for example, where Meta asks for a “Data deletion instructions URL” in App settings).
How to request deletion
Send an email from the address registered on your account to:
Use the subject line: Data deletion request — Content Rewardz. In the body, include:
- The email address tied to your Content Rewardz account;
- Your display name or username on the platform (if different);
- A brief statement that you want your account and associated personal data deleted.
We may ask you to verify identity before processing the request to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
What we do after your request
After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, except where we must retain certain records to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements (for example aggregated logs without identifiers, or financial records where retention is legally required).
Timing
We aim to complete verified requests within a reasonable period and in line with applicable law. If we need more information, we will contact you at the email address you used to submit the request.
Connected social accounts
Deleting your Content Rewardz account removes our stored association and encrypted tokens for linked social accounts as part of the deletion process. Revoking app access directly in Instagram, TikTok, Google, or other providers is optional but recommended if you want to stop any ongoing authorizations at the source.
